Interruption to SAP-related systems 07:00 – 19:00 Saturday 7th December and 17:00 - 22:00 Monday 2nd December

All SAP production systems need to be shut down for essential planned maintenance from 07:00 – 19:00 on Saturday 7th December.

Prior to this we also need to do some maintenance on the SAP Document Management system (Liberty) and this will take place between 17:00 – 22:00 on Monday 2nd December.  During this time it will not be possible to retrieve documents from the SAP system, for example invoice documents, student documents (CVs, PECs, etc) or staff documents.  Additionally, postgraduate applicants will be able to create applications on Aspire but will not be able to submit applications during this time.  An information message will be posted on Aspire advising them of this.
