Reduced IT Service Desk w.e.f. Monday 23rd March 2020

The IT Service Desk will be providing a reduced service from Monday 23rd March 2020. 

The IT Service Desk team will be available by phone on 0191 2085999 between 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday.

In line with the guidance from Executive Board, the Service Desk staff will not be available on Fridays throughout April.  Any emails received after 17:00 on Thursdays will be responded to as soon as possible on the following Monday.

The NorMAN Out-of-hours service will be available 17:00 to midnight, Monday to Friday, and between 08:00 to midnight Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
