Important changes to the way you connect to University Pull Printing from an Apple Mac – Wednesday 22 December 2021

As you are aware, we are constantly reviewing our cyber security position to react to new threats.   

We currently have a vulnerability in the software that enables Apple Macs to connect to the University Pull Printing Service.  

As a result of this vulnerability, this software will be updated on Wednesday 22 December 2021.  This means that from that date, you will be unable to connect to or use the University Pull Print Service unless you follow the instructions below.

What you need to do 

If you use an Apple Mac to connect to the University Pull Printing Service, please follow the online instructions to download and install the latest Konica driver:
