Software Center - Services Unavailable
We are investigating an issue with Software Center, resulting in application delivery systems being currently unavailable to colleagues.
We are working to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency, and will provide an update here at 10:00 on Monday 24 February.
In the meantime, if colleagues need to download software urgently, we recommend that you call the IT Service Desk on 0191 208 5999 or email it.servicedesk@newcastle.ac.uk and we can arrange for a support colleague to action urgent download requests manually.
