[IT Incident] Issue with outbound calls from the Campus for Ageing and Vitality, Edwardson Building (Newcastle General Hospital) (Incident Ref 1170857)

NUIT update/response: We are still working with our third party provider to identify the root cause of the issue. During their investigations, they have found that any outbound landline call is failing however all internal and inbound calls are working as normal indicating the issue could be an external carrier problem.
