Public telephone services to undergo monthly essential maintenance
The provider for the University’s public telephone services will be carrying out essential maintenance to the external phone lines from 20:00 until 2:00 on the first Monday and Tuesday of every month.
During each of the maintenance periods there will be no outage to the public phone network however it should be considered at risk until each maintenance period is complete.
After the works are complete, it is advised that you check your phone lines are working as normal and if you have any issues, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Whilst the timing of this work has been scheduled to minimise disruption, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
