Service affected: All services that rely on the internet will be affected. This includes but is not limited to:

Off campus services:

The University web presence (e.g. the University website or Canvas)

On campus services:

• External web browsing
• External streaming services
• Accessing cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365 - Teams, Outlook etc)
• Accessing VPN services (Azure - e.g. AVD)
• Data transfers to/from the campus network
• Telephony (to/from University PABX)
• Telephony (Teams and Horizon)

Maintenance start date/time: Tuesday 10 February (17:30)

Maintenance end date/time: Tuesday 10 February (22:00)

Users affected: All staff and students

Details:

Our network team will be conducting maintenance to our University network and during this period users will see a service disruption of up to one minute.

Whilst the timing of this work has been scheduled to minimise disruption, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
