Amount of Text

The text on each slide should be concise and summarise the content the presenter will be delivering.

As a rough guide, we would suggest no more than 7 lines per slide.

If there is too much text:

  • The text size will be small and some people may struggle to read it
  • You will be in danger of loosing people's attention - they will be reading your slides rather than listening to you
