SAP unavailable during essential planned maintenance - Saturday 29 March 2025 from 08:00 until 18:00

All of SAP will be unavailable due to essential planned maintenance from 08:00 until 18:00 on Saturday 29 March 2025.

During this maintenance period the following services will be affected:

• All SAP systems e.g. Student Lifecycle Management, HR, Payroll, Finance, Purchasing and Sales.
• MyApps (Payslips, P60, My Self Certification Form, Manage Student Work, My Working Hours and Approve Student Work)
• All SAP portal systems accessed via MyWorkplace Portal, including:
  • P2P system (SRM)
  • Business Warehouse reports (BW)
  • CRM Interaction Centre (CRM)
  • Online Expenses
  • Student Information Gateway (SIG)

Additionally, the libraries will be unable to renew or issue new smartcards during this period.
