SAP System Maintenance Slots

SAP system maintenance times are pre-scheduled for the year to assist University teams with planning activities. During the times detailed below, all SAP production systems should be considered at risk and may be unavailable.

The maintenance weekend falls on the second weekend of the month (with the exception of the special case Annual Update). August and September are excluded due to the Clearing and Student Registration periods.

An email notification will be sent to sap-all@ncl.ac.uk prior to each period of scheduled maintenance to remind users of the interruption to services.

Please note: Where the 1st of the month falls on a Sunday, to avoid confusion, it is not counted as weekend #1.
