All SAP portal systems accessed via MyWorkplace Portal, including:

  • P2P system (SRM)
  • Business Warehouse reports (BW)
  • CRM Interaction Centre (CRM)
  • Student Information Gateway (SIG)

Maintenance start date/time: Saturday 14 February (8:00)

Maintenance end date/time: Saturday 14 February (18:00)

Users affected: All SAP users

Details:

The above listed services will be unavailable during the stated maintenance period. Additionally, the libraries will be unable to renew or issue new smartcards during this period.

The scheduled SAP system maintenance slots for 2026 are published on the SAP maintenance schedule webpage for information and planning purposes.

Whilst the timing of this work has been scheduled to minimise disruption, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
