MyApps

My Apps is an online Launchpad which acts as portal for a range of employee self-service activities.

The launchpad will include a series of apps for staff and managers which can be accessed at http://myapps.ncl.ac.uk or via the staff homepage under “Administration Tools” > My Apps.

Currently there are two apps;

  1. My Payslips – which allows you to view your payslip online, you can view, download and print your current and historical payslips from the previous 48 months.
  2. My Details – you can view and amend details from your SAP HR record directly and in real time. The fields you can update are;
    • known as name
    • equality and diversity information
    • work and home correspondence addresses
    • emergency contact details
    • bank details.

The system can be accessed via desktop, mobile or tablet – both on and off campus; we recommend that users access the system via Chrome browser, note that Firefox and Internet Explorer are not supported.
