Terms of Use

The MyWorkPlace Portal provides staff with access to systems, some of which provide access to information about applicants and students.  All staff must access such data in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Policy and other relevant policies:

Supported browsers

The recommended browser is Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10

We currently test using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10 but the portal should work on IE versions 8, 9, 10, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. However, we cannot guarantee all applications will work as expected. Apple Mac operating systems fall into this category too. Other than IE11 on Windows 10, we provide support on a best endeavours basis.

Screen resolution

The minimum recommended screen resolution is 1024 x 768.

To change your screen resolution in Microsoft Windows 7:

  1. Right-click on an empty section of your PC's Desktop.
  2. Choose Screen resolution from the context menu.
  3. Adjust the Resolution property accordingly (choose a resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels or higher).
  4. Click OK.

The SAP Training team offer free monthly drop-in sessions for all existing SAP users. Any issue regarding SAP can be covered including all portal functions.
