How to reset a surface

  1. After Windows sign-in, swipe in from the right side of the screen, and click Settings.
  2. Tap on Change PC settings and then on General.
  3. Go to Remove Everything and Re-install Windows, and tap on Get Started.
  4. Follow the instructions on screen and let the Surface restart.
