AV Resource Bookings

Please use the appropriate form below to request technical support or to request use of our managed videoconferencing facilities.

Please ensure that you use your own login ID when using either form.  Bookings made using generic role accounts will not process correctly into our ticketing system therefore we will not recieve them.

We strongly recommend at least 5 working days notice for all bookings to ensure we can schedule the necessary resources.  Please be aware that your booking request is not confirmed until you receive an email from us stating that your request has been actioned and resource allocated. If we have any queries regarding your request we will contact you.
