Our primary remit is to provide services in support of university education and research, therefore any requests outside of this are subject to available resource and will incur labour charges.

Please note a minimum of two hours will be charged for technical support requests on weekday evenings and a minimum of four hours will be charged during weekends and bank holidays. 

• Weekday evening & Saturday rate (£20ph)
• Sunday and Bank holiday rate (£30ph)

Labour charges will be confirmed, once you have submitted a resource booking request form
