You need to be logged in as a member of the University to access this option. After logging in you will see an Inbox option along the top of the screen:

Clicking on this will display a list of any files that are waiting on the server for you to pick up (click to enlarge):

‌‎Clicking on a Claim ID will take you to the pickup summary page for that particular drop-off (where you can pick up the file - see picking up files)
