Achiever team:

Achiever is supported by a team within the university's IT Service (NUIT). To get in touch, please log a ticket or request using the process below and your query will be dealt with. Don't forget you can also discuss issues with other users of Achiever through our User Group.

Logging a request:

Service requests cover development requests, or support with standard processes such as bulk imports and adding new users to the system. Please submit requests via NUService. You'll find Achiever under the 'Specialist Academic (Teaching, Learning, Research) Software Support' category of requestable items. Development requests will be reviewed by the Achiever Management Group, this includes any changes/additions regarding:

  • New functionality
  • Adding to picklists/dropdowns

Logging a ticket:

If Achiever is not working for you, please log a ticket via NUService. When you're asked to complete the summary field, please prefix this with 'FAO Achiever team' to ensure it is routed efficiently.
