Form Builder Retirement - 1 December 2022

On 1 December 2022, we retired the Form Builder service. This was due to the system no longer satisfying our strict Cyber Essentials requirements.  

Creating new forms  

You can use Microsoft Forms to create new forms; it’s secure and easy to use. If you are new to the app there are guides to help you get started with Microsoft Forms or you can take a look at the frequently asked questions.

Access to forms or data

A small number of business-critical forms are still active. If you have an urgent business need to access a Form Builder form or existing form data, please contact the IT Service Desk before 15 December 2022.
