Form Builder provides an easy-to-use tool for creating and managing web forms.

Form Builder is available to any member of staff or student at Newcastle University.
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The “at risk” period is 07:00-09:00 every Tuesday. Further planned maintenance times will be publicised in advance if there will be a disruption to the service.
Level of Service
Forms and their data are backed up on a daily basis.
In the event of a significant hardware failure, service should be restored within 3 working days.
Login to the form manager dashboard via the Form Builder homepage with your University username and password.
Requests for any other aspect of these services should be made via the IT Service Desk on 0191 208 5999 or email@example.com.
All requests relating to these services will be handled according to the Request Fulfilment process.
