NUVision organises videos and sound files into Media Categories.  There are separate categories for each school and institute.   Most staff will be automatically given permissions to upload media into their school’s Media Category.   These can be viewed by colleagues who also have permission to these categories.  A Personal folder is also available for media files that you do not wish to share. 

Visitors to the NUVision Media Library will only be able to browse a small number of categories that permit guest access.  School and Institute categories are normally only visible to registered users when they login.

Publishing Videos

Videos uploaded to the media library can be embedded in a range of settings including:  web pages; Canvas; blogs; and PowerPoint.
