Fault Reporting

If you encounter technical difficulties with the audio-visual facilities then please see below for the appropriate fault reporting process

FOR CENTRALLY SUPPORTED SPACES

    • For emergency assistance telephone 82627 (or 0191 2082627 from a mobile) using the internal telephone provided; this should connect you directly to a member of the technical team. 
    • For non-urgent issues please complete our fault report form on completion of your session.

FOR NON-CENTRALLY SUPPORTED SPACES

    • For emergency assistance contact your local IT support team
    • For non-urgent issues log a self-service ticket with the IT Service Desk

Please note that the IT Service are ONLY responsible for the audio visual/IT systems in teaching rooms.  Any faults related to room fabrics, furniture or services must be raised with Estates Support Service (ESS).
