We suggest your use a password/pin on you mobile device to help protect University information being accessible, should your mobile device be lost or stolen.

Remotely wipe data from a device

Should you lose your mobile device, you can also make sure that any data is wiped from the device, by using the Remote Device Wipe function in Outlook Web App (OWA).

Important note: 

The Remote Wipe function can reset the device to factory default. All data and settings may be removed, not just email and calendar data.
