Interactive Facilities

Interactive AV facilities are provided in a number of centrally supported (common user) spaces.  They may be by way of touchscreen computer monitors at the AV lectern or large wall-mounted touchscreen displays.

These systems allow users to digitally annotate presented content via the main display, which can be captured via the ReCap system and/or saved and distrubuted at a later date.

To find out which spaces are enabled with this technology please see the Room Finder system.

OMBEA

Ombea is the university supported 'Student Response System'. It is available in all centrally supported spaces and can be made availabe in non-centrally supported spaces on request.

More details on Ombea is provided by the Learning Teaching Development Service (LTDS).
