SAP and MyWorkPlace User Registration Form
Please see descriptions of the SAP modules required prior to completing the SAP and MyWorkplace Registration Form.
Authorised Signatories
Please log into SharePoint to view the current list of authorised signatories.
Any amendments to the list of authorised signatories should be notified by email to the IT Service Desk by the Head of School/Service/Institute.
New SAP/Portal Access
Please complete the following steps:
- Print and complete the SAP Registration form (above).
- An authorised signatory must sign the form to authorise your SAP Access. (See Authorised Signatories above).
- Raise a new request in NU Service (nuservice.ncl.ac.uk) by selecting ‘Request Something’, click ‘Service Request Item’ on the left of the screen and search for the category ‘SAP/Portal New User’
- Enter the details of your request, including any required training (check training requirements below.)
- Attach a scanned copy of the registration form to the request (we no longer require paper copies of the SAP access form)
- Once you have entered the details and attached the form, click Review and Submit
Additional SAP/Portal Access Required
Amendments to existing SAP access must be requested by an authorised signatory in your section.

- A new request must be raised in NU Service (nuservice.ncl.ac.uk) by the authorised signatory (select ‘Request Something’, click ‘Service Request Item’ on the left of the screen and search for the category ‘SAP/Portal User Access Amendment’)
- Enter the details of the request/amendments required
- Once the details have been entered, click Review and Submit
SRM Access
- If changes are required to the SRM structure (e.g. new expert buyer, change of approver) the SRM Change Request Form should be completed and submitted to the Finance Office.
- A new SAP user will need to complete a SAP Registration form in addition to completing the SRM online form.
