Current list of authorised signatories, as agreed with Internal Audit

Any amendments to the list of authorised signatories should be notified by email to the IT Service Desk by the Head of School/Service/Institute.

New SAP/Portal Access

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Print and complete the SAP Registration form (above).
  2. Your Head of School/Service or other authorised signatory in your section must sign the form to authorise your SAP Access.  (See Authorised Signatories above).
  3. We no longer require paper copies of the SAP access form. Please scan the completed hard copy of the form and email it to the IT Service Desk (it.servicedesk@ncl.ac.uk)
  4. Check training requirements below and choose workshop dates.
  5. Contact the Service Desk with the dates you would like to attend.
Additional SAP/Portal Access Required

Please complete the following steps:

  1. Arrange for your Head of School/Service or other authorised signatory in your section to email it.servicedesk@ncl.ac.uk specifying the access required and providing authorisation for the access.
  2. Check training requirements below and chose workshop dates.
  3. Contact Service Desk with the dates you would like to attend.
SRM Access
  • If changes are required to the SRM structure (e.g. new expert buyer, change of approver) the SRM Change Request Form should be completed and submitted to the Finance Office.
  • A new SAP user will need to complete a SAP Registration form in addition to completing the SRM online form.
