Microsoft Teams is the University's video conferencing software provider, it is available for use by all staff and students.

Teams should be installed by default on University managed devices, however it can also be installed via Software Center.

Important Information
Teams Meetings enable seamless collaboration and communication with video calls as well as integrated chat functionality, file sharing, and collaborative spaces. You can use Microsoft Teams to host online meetings, Webinars or Town Hall events with up to 10,000 colleagues. Teams also enables external partners to join meetings, without requiring them to have a Microsoft account or the Teams desktop application installed.

Meeting with Externals
External colleagues\partners can join Microsoft Teams meetings, all they need to join a meeting is to be invited via a event meeting link and a web browser. Externals do not need a Microsoft account or the Teams desktop application to join a Teams meeting.
