Service Description

The Remote Desktop Service (RDS) and the RD Gateway gives off-campus access to several University IT facilities, normally only accessible on-campus.

Users

The service is currently available to all students and colleagues once registered for its use.

Request Process

Students and colleagues (including NUIT) who wish to use either RDS or RD Gateway must register at https://forms.office.com/r/7FQY3Hn9E8

All incidents relating to both aspects of this service will be handled according to the Incident Management and Major Incident Management processes.
