Log in to Adobe Express
- Go to Adobe Express (https://new.express.adobe.com/a/newcastle.ac.uk)
- If requested, use your University email and password to Sign in.
- On the Adobe Express homepage, select Document to access PDF tools for editing, commenting, and combining files.
How to Quick Edit a PDF
- On the Adobe Express homepage, select Document.
- In the Document Quick actions section, select Edit PDF and browse for the file you’d like to edit.
- In the Edit panel, select Text or Image to add content or make changes to your document.
- Once you’re done editing, select Download to save the amended version to your PC.

- Drag and drop your file anywhere on the Adobe Express landing page.
- Your file will be converted to a PDF
- An editing pane will open, giving you access to the full suite of Adobe Express editing features and tools.

- Use the Add pages + icon to add new files.
