Call Logger/Tiger Reports
Cost and Call Summaries are produced by the Tiger Reporting System.
A Departmental Cost Summary listing totals for your department's extensions is produced on the first day of every month and is sent by email to the person/persons responsible for checking and recharging telephone usage.
If an itemised summary for an extension is required, this may be requested by your departmental secretary or the person responsible for your telephony needs. Please note, however, additional authorisation may be required from Human Resources due to the Data Protection Act.
