Busy or No Answer Call Forward redirects all calls to another extension if the phone is in use or after six rings if not answered
Busy
Busy Call Forward redirects all calls to another extension if the phone is in use
No Answer
No Answer Call Forward redirects all calls to another extension after six rings if the phone is not answered.
Internal Only
Internal Only Call Forward redirects internal calls only to another extension without the phone ringing.
External Only
External Only Call Forward redirects external calls only to another extension without the phone ringing
Fixed Call Forwarding (Mix and Match)
Fixed Call Forward is the same as a busy/no answer call forward except it is stored permanently on the system. It is called "Fixed" because if no other call forward is set (which over rides the fixed settings) then the fixed call forward will automatically divert calls to the stored destination number(s), without ringing, if the phone is in use or after six rings if not answered.
To set, change or cancel a Fixed Call Forward please contact the Telecoms Office.
Service Menu Method
Please note, in addition to the following method, Variable Call Forward can also be set by pressing the RIGHT ARROW key until "Var.call.forw.on?" is displayed, keying in the destination number and then pressing the TICK key.
To set:
- Press the SERVICE MENU key
- Press TICK key on 'destinations?'
